• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened health and beauty products cannot be returned

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

4. Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

 

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence for a replacement or refund.
